- All orders ship within 1-3 Business days.
- All orders placed after 5:00PM EST on Friday will be shipped on Monday or the next business day.
- We are NOT responsible for your package once it leaves the United States.
- International orders may take up to 3-5+ weeks to be delivered depending on your countries customs policies.
- Customs require that we declare the value of the order on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs to release your package. We are not liable for any customs fees in your country, any holding times, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We also can not, and will not, alter the price of the merchandise.
- If your package is returned back to the United States, we are not responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship said package.
- Please note while First Class International shipping is less expensive than Priority, First class packages do not have insurance and we CAN NOT raise an inquiry with the USPS about a lost or missing package. This can only be done with Priority mail. **PLEASE USE FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION**
